Specimen Last Will & Testament

Awqaf SA has produced a specimen will adapted from various sources including Jamiat and Albaraka Bank which  complies with South African law. While the specimen may be used as a standard will, each persons circumstances may be different and should be carefully prepared by professional or qualified persons to take into account several eventualities and to ensure compliance with relevant South African law. The specimen may be used as guideline for the preparation of your individual will. Should you have any questions, you may refer them to Awqaf SA for further clarification.
