The CDAgency is a division of Awqaf SA that focuses on the initiation and  implementation of broad based and locally based community projects and  programmes leading to empowering communities. The CDAgency also houses the "LED" and "CSI" services. Target groups for development and care are youth, women, children, the elderly, and the disabled.
